Bridge Builders

Bridge Builders connects UX designers and helps them understand how to develop products for a global community.

Program Highlights

Weekly 1:1 mentorship and group coaching connects design community members with Meta content and product designers. Participants learn about crafting products at scale and critical UX skills, including XFN collaboration, storytelling, and understanding data. Capstone projects are shared with a Meta UX panel and aid in the development of best-practice design principles and standards.

Participant Feedback

I was expecting something a little more structured or 'taught'. However, in the end, the format was useful and appropriate for me and the amount of Content Design experience I currently have. Bridge Builders also allowed me to develop my very own project, taking it as far as I was able to. I'm confident that my project is good enough to demonstrate to future employers."

"The level of genuine engagement from the organizers, panelists and mentors was higher than expected. Kudos!"

"It’s inspirational to hear how developed the practice is at Meta. As someone part of a young content design team that’s completing a style guide and defining voice/tone standards at my company, I love hearing what this job can be. I don’t feel like I experience many of the strategic opportunities you enjoy at Meta, since my team is so small and the tactical workload is so large. Thanks for showing there’s a larger world out there!"
