About me 🇵🇭 👩🏻

Hi there! My name is Aimee. I'm a program manager and operations leader. I’m also a proud daughter of immigrants, and I’m a mom of 3.

I’ve always loved design, organization, and connecting with people. These interests drove me to pursue degrees in advertising and art history, where I discovered program leadership as a career.

I got my start at a digital agency before heading over to Fitbit to help build their coaching app. After several years driving programming and operations for Meta UX teams, I now drive LLM training and UX content design programs for Gemini at Google.

I’m passionate about mentorship, I love working with creatives, and I’m strengthened by work that allows me to build community.

When I’m not helping teams run smoothly, I’m usually hauling my family around, exploring our sunny hometown in California.
