BUSINESS STRATEGY & OPERATIONS
Org Design
Strategic partner to executive teams, conducting planning sessions and driving consensus across leadership groups. Partner closely with Recruiting and business teams to plan and and fill headcount.
Capacity Planning
Collaborate with HR and leadership to periodically assess distribution of strengths and tenure across the business. Develop growth plans and identify opportunities for key leaders to close skill gaps.
Roadmap and Investment Planning
Create planning frameworks and principles to streamline product planning across cross-functional organizations. Steer taskforces responsible for governing roadmapping processes from initial research to investment decisions.
Customer Empathy
Develop customer centric programming to strengthen our work and deepen understanding of the people we build for. This includes end-to-end research immersion planning, research tooling enablement, and facilitating inbound insights.
Design Reviews
Create frameworks and operationalize processes to review product work across the business. Ensure alignment of strategy and consistency in design principles. Escalate issues leadership to unblock teams. Steer the creation of design artifacts to ensure UX quality, including terminology and patter libraries.
Onboarding & Education
Scale organizations and improve the employee experience by developing onboarding materials. Co-create programs to encourage completion of discipline specific and subject matter courses for product team members of business-focused organizations.

Fitbit Coach is a video workout application for iPhone, Android, web, and Fitbit wearable devices. Fitbit customizes workouts for users based on their feedback and Fitbit tracker activity.
Pride.com
Here Media, the world’s leading LGBT media company, set out to launch Pride.com -- a new social entertainment network to provide a content and conversation destination. Livefyre created a brand identity and new site build.
Fresh Step
Following an award-winning redesign of the Fresh Step website, the core production team was engaged as the digital agency of record, leading the concepting, strategy, and design of key brand initiatives.

Our mission was to overhaul the PetCareRx brand, revitalizing the identity and site of the leading online pet wellness and product retailer. We set out to create a full-service, one-stop destination for pet parents through personalization and automation.
